The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes - But only one ticket per person entering the event. Once a ticket is scanned, it will no longer be valid.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. The Redlands Oktoberfest will go on rain or shine.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No - But you must have it easy to view from your phone or mobile device.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
This is a public park with ample parking all around its perimeter and on side streets. We will also have a convenient drop-off and pick-up at the entrance for Uber and Lyft.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
NO - The event is Family friendly. 20 and under enter for free. ID is only needed to purchase beer.
